Pour, oh Pour the Pirate Sherry

My Associate Producer gig, and a timeless classic, get on this!

Music by Arthur Sullivan and Libretto by W.S. Gilbert
The Pirates of Penzance plays for SIX performances ONLY:
August 13, 14, 20, 21 at 8:00 pm August 15, and 22 at 2:00 pm
Armstrong Theatre
This show, which has become a staple for theatre troupes across the globe, was first produced in the late 1800's. Although the operetta is over 100 years old, it still charms and entertains audiences of all ages. Venture with us into the swashbuckling world of Frederic the pirate apprentice, who – born on February 29th in a leap year – won’t “come of age” until he is 84! The story features orphaned pirates, flat-footed policemen, a quick-tongued Major General and a bevy of blushing beauties; the perfect ingredients for a fabulous feast of Gilbert and Sullivan.

Suffragette City.

Bowie in Berlin by Seabrook is a must-read for fans of Ziggy and Iggy!
I had no idea Bowie spent 3 years at the peak of his career living in Germany, making 3 of his best records and producing 2 of Iggy Pop's. Such great stuff, and the photos are to die for.
Wham Bam Thank You Maam!
